Spicy Chili Lime Shrimp Bowls🍤🥭
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (omit if you don’t it them spicy)
1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 lime, juiced

Cauliflower Rice: sauté together 1 head of cauliflower, riced + 3 minced garlic cloves + 1/4 cup chopped cilantro + 1 lime, juiced + salt & pepper, to taste

Mango Salsa: mix together 1 mango, diced + 1/2 an avocado, diced + 2 Tbsp red onion + 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro + 2 limes, juiced
.
1. Add all of your shrimp ingredients to a plastic bag & shake it until they’re fully coated.
2. Heat a sauté pan over medium high heat & spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Add your shrimp & cook on both sides for 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately with your cauliflower rice, mango salsa & extra lime on the side!
