1 1/2 cups GF self elevating flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3/Four cup olive oil

1 1/2 cup caster sugar
200g floraplantbased vegan stick butter (the very best for frosting!!!!)
Three cups powdered sugar

1️⃣Preheat the oven to 175c and line Three free backside cake tins (16cm) with baking paper.
2️⃣Mix the milk and vinegar and put aside to thicken.
