Vegan fall impressed salad by naturallyzuzu ❤ This Healthful grain, greens and roasted vegetable salad is soo good. It’s good for meal preps as effectively. It’s loaded with butternut squash, arugula, kale, crisp apples, maple candied walnuts, pomegranates, cranberries and served it with selfmade balsamic maple French dressing. You probably have all in components, you can also make this at no time.

Na salát:
2 cups of arugula
1 cup of chopped kale
2 cups of roasted butternut squash
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 cup of packet of cooked Natural Quinoa or Brown Rice.
half of cup candied walnuts
1/three cup pomegranate seeds
1/three cup cranberries
2 apples sliced
Obvaz:
1/three cup additional virgin olive oil
1/three cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
1 garlic minced
1 tsp of black pepper
1 lžička soli
Metodologie:
Combine 2 cups of cubed butternut squash with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, 2 tsp of of Cajun spices or simply salt and pepper and roast at 400 F within the oven for 20 min till it’s good and golden brown.
In the meantime combine all of the dressing components in a jar and shake effectively to mix.
Organize the salad with all of the components. Drizzle with the balsamic maple dressing and luxuriate in.
