Preheat oven to 180•c and grease a loaf tin. Combine flaxseed with water and put aside for a minute or two to type a flax egg. Add flax egg, oil, brown sugar, vanilla, plain flour, baking powder and yoghurt to a mixing bowl and stir nicely, it is going to be very thick.
