Smokey n’ creamy Roasted Pink pepper pasta by the_smallseed_ ❤Save for a scrumptious dinner!!
Warmth oven 200 C (fan)
1 Cup uncooked cashews- soaked in a single day
2 massive purple peppers
4-5 massive cloves garlic
1 Cup Vegetable inventory
1/2 Tbls dietary yeast
1/2 Tsp smoked paprika Salt and pepper
Rinse and de-seed purple peppers, lower into 1/4. Place on a baking tray together with cloves of garlic (don’t peel) Drizzle peppers with somewhat olive oil, and salt. Roast in oven for aprox 20 minutes or untill skins begin to blister and soften. Take out and put aside. . Rinse cashews. Place into excessive velocity blender together with all the opposite elements together with purple peppers. Squeeze garlic out of skins and add to blender. Mix till easy and creamy. Prepare dinner pasta,drain. Place pasta again into pan and add a superb handful of spinach. Place lid on and permit to wilt for five minutes. Pour sauce on pasta and mix. (Retailer left over sauce in an hermetic container within the fridge) Place pasta into bowls and add a sprinkling of chilli flakes. I additionally added some rocket! So good!
