SLOŽENÍ:
6 tablespoons self-raising flour⁣
2 tablespoons vegan vanilla protein powder (Used macr0mike)
2 tablespoons granulated sweetener
Four tablespoons almond milk ⁣
2 teaspoons runny peanut butter Handful frozen raspberries ⁣ ⁣ FROSTING:⁣
2 tablespoons vegan vanilla protein powder⁣
1 1/2 tablespoons almond milk (plus extra as wanted) ⁣
1 teaspoon beetroot powder (for color) ⁣ ⁣

METHOD: ⁣ 1. Preheat the oven to 175 levels C/ 350 levels F, fan-forced. Line a mini loaf tin (mine was 5 x 10 cm) with non-stick paper.⁣ 2. In a bowl, combine collectively all of the substances, aside from the raspberries, till thick & clean ⁣ 3. Gently fold within the raspberries⁣ 4. Switch the batter to the ready tin ⁣ 5. Bake within the oven for 25-30 minutes till a knife inserted comes out clear ⁣ 6. Enable the loaf to chill earlier than frosting⁣ 7. FROSTING: stir collectively all of the substances till a thick & clean frosting varieties. Unfold the frosting over the loaf. Slice and serve.
