🌱Recipe: Light boil 1-8oz block 5 minutes to scale back bitterness. Rinse below chilly water. Use fingers to crumble into mince-like items. Sauté 1-small onion in slightly olive oil or veggie broth. Add to tempeh crumbles. Crumble 2 slices bread into small chunks into tempeh crumbles. (I used entire grain bread however most will work.) Add 3/four tsp smoked paprika, 3/four tsp chili powder, 3/four tsp chipotle, 3/four tsp garlic powder, 1-1/2 tbsp dietary yeast, 1 tbsp gluten-free tamari or soy sauce, OPTIONAL 2 tsp olive oil. Use fingers to include spices into tempeh crumbles. Add 2 tbsp flour (I used entire wheat however all-purpose or gluten-free mix will work). Add salt to style. Type into about 5-6 burgers, about 1/2-3/four inch thick. Both: bake on lined-sheet at 375F till golden brown, flipping midway (about 20 minutes). Or: prepare dinner in slightly oil in non-stick fry pan
