Roasted Tomatoes, Cauliflower & Chickpeas by janetsmunchmeals 🌿 Comforting and so flavourful with these scrumptious roasted tomatoes! Try the recipe:

half (giant) head cauliflower, minimize into florets
half crimson onion sliced (not too skinny)
1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
Salt and pepper for roasting (half tsp)
Oil for roasting (round 1 to 2 tbsp)
Recent parsley for serving (2 tbsp packed, chopped)

Simple Marinara Sauce (makes additional, will want about half for this dish):
2 lžíce oleje
1 onion finely chopped
three to five cloves garlic minced (to style)
1 to 1.5 tsp salt (to style)

1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1 tsp every dried basil and oregano
