Baked Tofu:
1 block tofu (drained and pressed then reduce into cubes), 2 tsp garlic chili sauce,
1 tbsp tamari,
1 tbsp dietary yeast.
Add tofu cubes to a container and add in remaining substances. Seal container and provides container some mild shakes to utterly coat tofu. As soon as coated add to a lined baking sheet and bake within the oven for 20-25 minutes at 400F. .⠀
STIR FRY
For veggie stir fry, in a pan add
sliced mushrooms

Sauté till onions are translucent. Add in hearty veggies like broccoli, add a splash of tamari and a couple of tbsp water. Cowl pan and let prepare dinner till broccoli has turned vibrant inexperienced, about 4-5 minutes. Add much less hearty veggies like bell pepper and add one other splash of tamari and a splash of candy chili sauce (I used about 1 tbsp).
