Pizza focaccia by ❤Smooth, pillowy dough topped with cherry tomatoes, olives, charred purple onion, smoked herb salt and rosemary. Easy however sooo stuffed with flavour!!

500g sturdy white bread flour
7g sachet yeast
1 lžička soli
350ml lukewarm water
5 tbsp olive oil
half cup rainbow cherry tomatoes, halved
three tbsp black olives, chopped
2 purple onions, sliced
half cup of recent rosemary and parsley
1 tsp smoked salt

Make dough by tipping flour, yeast and salt right into a bowl. Make a effectively within the center and add water and 2tbsp olive oil. Combine till dough is moist and pillowy. Tip onto floured floor and knead for 10 minutes, till clean and elastic. Place in an oiled bowl and canopy. Depart to rise for an hour. Knock again the dough and stretch to suit a baking sheet. Depart to show for 20 minutes. Flippantly fry purple onion in a small pan till beginning to brown. Warmth oven to 200•c. Cowl dough with sliced tomatoes, olives, herbs and purple onion. Sprinkle over salt and remaining oil. Bake for 30 minutes till golden.
