⁣15g solar dried tomatoes⁣
⁣10 or so olives, pitted ⁣
⁣75 grams tomatoes, chopped⁣
⁣80g your favorite tomato sauce⁣
⁣1 serving penne (85g)⁣
⁣chili flakes⁣
⁣salt + pepper⁣
⁣vegan parm⁣

⁣Warmth olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and fry for round 1 minute. ⁣

⁣Add olives, capers, and chopped tomatoes. Add tomato sauce and season. ⁣
a
⁣Cowl and simmer on medium warmth for round 10 minutes, stir usually.⁣

⁣Cook dinner pasta in a pot of boiling, salted water till practically al dente. ⁣
a
⁣Drain and toss in pan with sauce and solar dried tomatoes. Cook dinner for a further minute. ⁣

⁣Serve with chili flakes and vegan parm. ⁣
