Peanut Butter Roasted Aubergines and sesame noodles

▪️1 aubergines sliced in half
▪️1 tsp miso paste (I take advantage of brown rice miso)

4️⃣To make the glaze add the miso, tamari, maple syrup, peanut butter and water to a small mixing bowl and whisk till easy
