Substances: (makes 2 servings)
5 ouncespasta of alternative
1 lžíce olivového oleje
half giant onion, diced
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
5 ouncesfresh tomatoes, chopped
half can tomatoes
half cup coconut milk or some other plant based mostly milk of your alternative
1 lžíce tamari
half tsp smoked paprika
half tsp onion salt
1/Four tsp cumin
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups kale, de-stemmed and chopped
Prepare dinner the pasta in line with packaging directions. In the meantime, warmth the olive oil in a frying pan.
