🌱Miso Tahini Noodles with Chickpea Stir Fry🌱

✅Recipe (serves 3)
✅Mix Miso Tahini Sauce:
-1/Three cup tahini
-1 tablespoon white miso
-2 tablespoons contemporary lemon juice
-1 tablespoon rice vinegar
-2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
-2 to three teaspoons maple syrup
-1 giant clove garlic
-1/Three cup water
-Put aside.
✅Prepare dinner 4oz udon noodles as per packet instructions. Combine noodles with miso tahini sauce.
✅Stir Fry Chickpeas
-2 teaspoons sesame oil
-1 can chickpeas (15 ounces), drained and rinsed
-2 tbsp tamari
-1 tbsp rice vinegar
-1 tbsp maple syrup
-1 tsp garlic chili sauce
-toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
✅Combine tamari, rice vinegar, maple syrup, and garlic chili sauce. Put aside.
✅Warmth 2 teaspoons sesame oil in a big non-stick skillet over medium-high warmth. Sauté chickpeas till golden brown, about 5 minutes. Add sauce and prepare dinner till sauce has thickened and chickpeas are totally coated.
✅Serve noodles, chickpeas, and garlicky bok choy. High with toasted sesame seeds.
