180g of veggie sausages Favorite festive chutney
Both tamari or melted vegan butter and smoked paprika**see notes
Preheat the oven to 200°c fan Roll out the puff pastry sheet then spoon on the chutney till evenly coated Mash up the leftover bubble and squeak or veggie sausages and add to the sheet of pastry (you need to consider it as three layers, the pastry, the chutney and the sausages) Roll up the pastry so you’ve gotten one enormous lengthy sausage form then with a pointy knife divide into two, then repeat till you’ve gotten round 12-16 pinwheels Brush every pinwheel in both tamari OR soften down just a few tbsp vegan butter and add 1 tsp smoked paprika and coat generously Pop within the oven for round 23-25 minutes or till the pastry is golden Get pleasure from!
