🌿 Dahl components
four garlic cloves, crushed
1 onion, diced
1 crimson pepper, diced
2 tbsp delicate curry powder (or whichever you favor, we have used Madras powder up to now and that works too)
200g crimson lentils
1 tin coconut milk
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1. Fry the onion, crimson pepper and garlic in a little bit olive oil. Add the curry powder and prepare dinner for 1 extra minute.
2. Add the lentils, coconut milk and chopped tomatoes. Cowl the pan with a lid and simmer on a really low warmth for 25 minutes. Preserve checking there’s sufficient liquid within the pan, should you want extra you can add a little bit inventory or extra coconut milk or chopped tomatoes.
🌿 To make the garlic wok fried greens we added pak choi, spring onions and kale to a wok with a little bit olive oil and a couple of crushed garlic cloves and fried for five minutes to melt the greens.
🌿 To make the mushroom rice fry 1 chopped onion and 5 chopped mushrooms. Then add 200g rice and sufficient vegetable inventory to cowl by roughly 1cm. Cowl and simmer for time acknowledged on rice packet directions.
