Chilli Butter Chickpea by plantpowernutritionandfitness ❤Save these recipe for a yummy dinner!!
Components: (Serves 4)
450g Chickpeas (cooked)
1 ½ Onions (diced small)
Three Garlic Cloves (minced)
16g Ginger (chopped small)
500ml Canned Coconut Milk
80ml Water
85g Tomato Paste
6g Curry Powder (gentle)
8g Garam Masala
3G Cayenne Pepper (elective)

Serve it with rice, quinoa or flat bread and high it with coconut yogurt (not included in macros)
1.️ Warmth the water in a big pot over a medium warmth. Add the garlic, ginger and onion. Deliver to a simmer and prepare dinner till the onion begins to go comfortable, round 5 minutes.
2️. Stir within the tomato paste then add the curry powder, garam masala, salt, cayenne pepper and chickpeas combining completely.
3️. Stir within the coconut milk and convey the pot to a simmer and proceed to prepare dinner till the sauce begins to thicken this normally takes between 5-10 minutes.
4️. Divide between bowls and serve with a facet of rice or flat bread and a dollop of coconut yogurt.
