Candy Potato Noodles & Crispy Chickpeas by plantpowernutritionandfitness ❤Save for a yummy dinner!!
Components (serves 3)
400g Chickpeas (cooked, rinsed)
650g Candy Potato (spiralized)
1 Cup Frozen Peas
120g Child Spinach
3g Smoked Paprika
1 Tbsp Olive Oil (non-obligatory, use water)
Ginger Lime Sauce
¼ Cup Recent Lime (Juiced)
¼ Cup Coconut Amino (substitute tamari)

1. Pat the chickpeas dry with paper towel. Warmth a non-stick pan and add the oil. Add the chickpeas and cook dinner, stirring till crispy, about 15 minutes. Take away and add to a big bowl and toss with smoked paprika.
