Vegan Raita (spicy yogurt sauce)
3/four cup unsweetened coconut or some other plant primarily based yogurt
1/four cup tahini or vegan bitter cream (non-compulsory)
half of cup finely diced or grated cucumber
2 tablespoon finely chopped pink onion
Three teaspoons lemon or lime juice, extra to style
half of teaspoon floor cumin
half of teaspoon floor coriander
2 tablespoons chopped mint or use 1 tsp dry mint
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro non-compulsory
1 tsp teaspoon salt, extra to style
1 tsp teaspoon pepper
1 tsp chili flakes
Mix all these elements within the bowl and put it within the fridge till you’re able to serve the fries.
Masala Candy Potato Fries
Three medium Candy potatoes (Used Japanese candy potatoes) Sliced.
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp corn starch (don’t skip on this. Corn starch will make your fries further crispy)
1/four tsp dry mint powder (non-compulsory)
half of tsp pink chilli powder
1/four tsp black pepper powder
1/four tsp chat masala powder or extra in case your choose
Few lemon wedges.
Slice the potatoes in wedges, coat them with olive oil and corn starch. Flip the air fryer to 390 F. Air fry the potatoes for 15 min till they’re crispy. Combine the dry mint powder, pink chilli powder, black pepper powder, and chat masala powder collectively. Sprinkle fries with the masala combine, squeeze some lemon juice and revel in with Raita.
