Baked Garlic Chili Tofu
1 block of tofu (450g), drained and pressed
2 lžíce sójové omáčky
1 tsp garlic chili sauce
2 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp dietary yeast or 1 tsp cornstarch
Preheat oven to 400F. Dice up your tofu into 16 items. Place in a tupperware container together with the remaining components. Seal lid and gently toss to coat. Place on a lined baking tray and place into the oven for 25 minutes. I’m usually too lazy to flip, however you may flip half option to actually get that even baking.
You can too make within the airfryer. I normally will set to 375F and bake for 8-10 minutes or till edges brown.
For the veggies I sautéed them in some soy sauce and garlic chili sauce. I completed with a tsp of sesame oil at then. Omit that if none out there.
