😛😛😍😍BURGER BOWL with DILL-PICKLE BURGER SAUCE and CRISPY GARLIC-PEPPER SWEET POTATO FRIES! (Dairy-free/paleo option) The ONLY burger sauce/dip you need 🙃Summer cookout in a bowl with a sauce you will not be able to stop dipping everything in. Don’t get me wrong I LOVE a good juicy burger, but I also love a loaded bowl with a BOMB dipping sauce. You can use beef, turkey, chicken or even a vegan “meat.” I sauté the ground meat with onions and mushrooms and some spices…it makes the PERFECT prep for lunches too. What else would you add to this bowl?



Deets: FRIES: 1 pound sweet potatoes cut into fries, then tossed in 1 tablespoon potato starch. Coat the fries in 1 tablespoon oil of choice as well as the pre-mixed spice mixture (1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic and 1/2 teaspoon pepper). Bake on a baking sheet spread out on 400 for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10 minutes. BURGER MEAT: Sauté 1/2 chopped Vidalia onion and 1 8 ounce package of minced mushrooms in 1/2 tablespoon olive oil for about 3-5 minutes until soft. Add 1 pound ground meat of choice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/4 teaspoon paprika and 1 tablespoon coconut aminos. Mix the spices into the mixture evenly and continue to sauté/break up the meat until fully cooked. SAUCE: 2 tablespoons ketchup (I used date sweetened), 1/4 cup Greek style yogurt (I used dairy free), 1/4 cup mayonnaise (I used avocado oil based), 2 teaspoons brown mustard, squeeze lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon hot sauce, 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles, 2 teaspoon pickle juice.
